Bed Bug Trend Stories: Stop the Madness

Two days ago, the New York Times ran a story on the alleged new trend of bed bugs in libraries. Kickstarter: Made it!!

My Kickstarter ended yesterday: Funded!  I’m excited and relieved at the outcome and look forward to my next research trips. Yesterday, I booked my flight and hotel for the Entomological Society of America’s annual meeting, which will include a host of papers and symposia on bed bugs. Bed Bug Book Kickstarter: One week left!

Just one week left on my Kickstarter project. My goal is to raise $5,000 to help fund travel for my book. With the money, I’ll visit research labs where they study bed bugs, people’s homes where they have bed bugs and I’ll also trace the footsteps (or some of them) of an entomologist who crisscrossed the world in the 1950s and 1960s to find bed bugs and related species to study. Bed Bugs! Guest Appearance on WFMU’s Seven Second Delay
